Came in a box with a hologram ACDelco sticker. The part said Litens, Made in Canada. Great Part Works well; would buy again. Sometimes other companies make all the parts & just put different names for different companies. Great part works well you will be happy with this part, I was.

OEM is the way to go.

Installed an after market and a new belt and after a couple hours it began to squeak again. Then I installed this OEM belt tensioner and the squeak was magically gone. Even with the AC on full blast.
