Made in England, I have at least 100 different Urenus remedies. They are not HPUS certified but homeopathy has been used in the UK for a very long time. (Same with India, Germany, others). I trust a big UK manufacturer. Plus a tube has 270 large pellets as opposed to 80. Some of these are in stock on Amazon and have no added shipping cost, others come from England (longer wait) so have shipping charge if ordered on Amazon,
