Review: Perfect First Smart Device - I got it for my 5yr old. She loves it. She can call her grandparents anytime. She uses the alarms to stay on schedule. The tracking/gps feature gives us peace of mind know exactly where she is. If she has an emergency she can easily contact 911. The phone plans are affordable and the watch has a great battery life. The only draw back is texting is limited and the receiver has the have the app. Also, School mode block all calls and text instead of just being on silent. I still am very happy with my purchase and would recommend.
Review: In the beginning it was a good starter phone, now now.... not so much... - UPDATE-- I take back what I said about this watch. There are WAYYYY too many bugs to sort out. The first watch went through a period of 'No SIM' and bad functionality, which resulted in my getting another through warranty. Now the battery can't hold a charge and the tracking function works when it feels like working. Also, I send messages and my kid doesn't receive them, the school mode doesn't turn off when it's supposed to which means at times, the emergency button needs to be used to get in contact with me. It was nice while it lasted, but I'm tired of fighting. We had this not even two years. My kid is not ready for a traditional phone yet, so this is good in regards to learning more about responsibility. Pro: You can contact them. The watch and app are made so it is completely parent controlled. Con: The tracking works, but there are bugs to work out. Live tracking so far does not really work. I gave it a try as my kid rode home on the bus from school. It did not update.

A: Hi, our X6 Play works best with a sim from T-mobile network. You can also decide to have a subscription with us.

**Q: Can you use an att sim card?**
A: For the X6, we advise to use T-mobile SIM cards, as those have turned out to work best. You can as well use our connectivity, we can offer you a subscription and that way we will best be able to help you if there is any issue with the functionality.

**Q: Dos it work on another GSM?**
A: The X6Play works on AT&T and T-Mobile networks. We recommend our Xplora Connect SIM-card for the smoothest setup and the best user experience.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works just like it says

Great way to be in touch with your kid. I got this because to be less concerned about where my daughter is and in case I need to talk to her. It is “closed” to message and call only the people I added in the app. The notifications I get on my phone are very useful. I also have access to her location and even set a safety zone where I get notifications when she in or out of that zone. Everything is working smooth and for now I am very happy with my decision to buy one. Setting up is where I would say that I had somewhat of a set back because when I was doing the first configuration I put my phone number instead of the number that was created for the watch. You just have to be a little patient because it might take about 20 min for the text to come with the number you will get for the watch. Otherwise it was fairly simple to set up.
