This computer turned out to be much nicer than I thought it would be.

Advertised memory untrue. Main promotion claimed 256gb but device only has 128. The extra 128 is a SD card that is taped to the box. If you go to the detailed list this is indicated but this is a dishonest representation of device capacity. Could buy my own SD much cheaper and get even more "memory" if desired

This laptop could have been an excellent device but as we all know if you don't get good internet or Wi-Fi it becomes a useless product. This has been a Wi-Fi nightmare for the past couple months. I have researched the problem online, I've seen recommendations from the manufacturer in their forums and I have also listen to other people that have had the problem, including factory resetting the device and starting all over again. Apparently this is an ongoing issue that is well known to Lenovo. So why hasn't it been fixed. I should have known when I first got it and saw the issues I have that I had a problem but I just assumed it was my router causing the issue, but now that I'm on a summer long trip I have had a chance to try it on multiple routers, at multiple locations and it does the same thing. All my other devices have worked great on each of the routers and now I am on Starlink which is a great signal for everything but this device why can't Lanova fix the problem. As you can see in the three images that I have attached the first one shows a problem, the second one was immediately after I recycled the Wi-Fi and the third one was about 5 minutes later you can see that only recycling Wi-Fi will correct a problem but that is only a very temporary solution. So now for the next few months while traveling I am stuck with this rotten laptop that is pretty much useless to me on the road.
