We have tried the 85% Dark, Wild Ginger & Cayenne, and Espresso & Cacao Nibs and they are all terrific. That is saying a lot because we have not loved the other flavored chocolates we have tried. At the end of the day, the gold standard is the pure, dark chocolate and K'Ul's is simply fantastic. For the price, it is excellent value. Also, if you join their newsletter, you get a discount!
