Upon ordering I got a message, from the bed company, stating that in no way we're the delivery service affiliated with them & that I would receive a separate message to advise of delivery.Delivery day were prompt, but the driver were on his own and upon knocking asked for help to get the bed off the van. Now I'm disabled, so it were Shere luck my teenage daughters were home. They followed him out and the driver got them to take the base of the bed, which literally weighed a ton due to the draws, off the van and haul it in doors. My daughter dropped the base mid flow and hurt her hand due to the weight. The driver then dumped the mattress by the gate and sodded off. No apology, no nothing. To say I were disgusted is an understatement. No wonder the bed company made their voice known.Anyway, the mattress is not orthopaedic, nor firm. I weigh 9 stone and when you sit on the mattress it bends and sinks severely, I can't see this lasting long at all.On a positive note the fabric and draws are nice. Would recommend. Had problems with delivery though. When ordered stated a different, earlier! day after payment made. Caused me great problems as I was out of the country. Was delivered to a neighbour which I hadn't instructed! caused my elderly infirm neighbour a great deal of stress.
