I had hoped that the footrest might be double as a table or place to set things when we were hanging out. I wanted them to be super comfortable but knew that these were a good price so anticipated the padding would be a little thin. I ordered additional foam from Amazon for not much and put extra foam in the seat cushions. I also added throw pillows but that was just for decoration. They have been great. People love sitting in them and they are comfortable. Definitely worth the purchase and they look attractive too. They are easy to put together. Screw holes lined up fine. I like that you can store the foot rest underneath the chair so they don't take up much space when not in use. The quality seems to be fine and they seem sturdy.
