We really enjoy this purchase. As a parent, convenience and safety are at the top of my list when it comes to products for my little one, and this dispenser provides water safety and convenience.Right out of the box, I could tell that the quality of this machine is good. The 2-liter glass tank feels sturdy and The stainless steel interior is a big plus, too—it really gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m not heating water in plastic that could leach chemicals. Plus, it’s a heavy machine, which makes it feel durable and stable.When I first got the machine, I was a bit thrown off by an E1 error message saying that the pot couldn’t be detected. there was a protective layer under the pot that I needed to remove. Once that was taken care of, everything worked perfectly!It heats the water quickly and maintains the temperature really well. I love that if I set it to hold a temperature below 160°F, I don’t usually need water hotter than that, but I did notice that if you set it higher, it only holds that temperature for 24 hours. That’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to keep in mind.One thing to consider is the beeping sound when you press the buttons. It can be a little loud, especially at night when everything is quiet. I’ve kept it in my kitchen, so it hasn’t bothered me too much, but if you’re thinking of putting it in your bedroom, you might want to think twice about that.It has been a great addition to my routine for preparing baby formula and drinking hot tea.

Great product!I recently purchased this baby appliance. First off, the design is stunning it's a beautiful addition to our home decor. Quality material, making it not just a functional item but also a stylish one.I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is for the quality you receive. The appliance is well-designed, with thoughtful features that make it easy to use.When I opened the box, there was no strange odor, which is always a plus when it comes to baby products. Nice large glass container. I personally would not use plastic water tank to heat up water.

The water temperature is spot on, it will heat in minutes. I use it for tea or making something fast on the go like instant oat meal. Very convenient. So far there is no leakage and it is easy to clean. It is recommended to rinse before use but i washed the glass kettle part and it was easy, the best part it didn’t affect the taste like other products. It doesn’t feel heavy, just medium weight. For me it’s easy to move. 100% would recommend!!

I wish I had discovered this product sooner! I used to prepare formula for my baby the old-fashioned way, but now I can make a bottle in under 30 seconds—something my hungry, crying baby really appreciates! My only concern is that the inner pot claims to be made of glass, but it feels and sounds like plastic. I really hope the seller is being truthful about the materials. Overall, it’s easy to use and clean! 100% recommend and it’s worth every penny!

No bad words- we bought this to formula feed our baby and it works like magic. Makes it faster and easier for bottles, it’s not very loud, the water flows fast, and it’s super easy to use. Love it!

I’m in love with this product. My little one has zero patience when he decides he’s hungry and this is the Best as we can make his bottle in 20 seconds as it keeps the water at the perfect formula temp (105 F). I tested the temps prior to formula use and they’re close 1-2 degrees of stated. Not sure if it keeps at higher temps but for what I use it for, it’s a god send. I just run boiling soapy water through the lines weekly to keep clean. Love that this is a glass container.

I’m really happy with this purchase! It’s a solid machine that does exactly what we need. We set it to the recommended temperature for formula, and both the auto and manual dispensing work perfectly. Making a bottle for our little guy has never been quicker! The glass water tank is detachable, which makes cleaning and refilling super easy. Plus, it holds enough water that we don’t have to constantly refill it. Highly recommend!

We started out using a automatic baby bottle mixer and was extremely disappointed so we switched to this water heater. I wish we would have just got this in the first place. Not only can we use it for baby bottles but it can be used for teas, oatmeal, instant noddles...very versatile and a great buy! Also, being able to remove the glass water reservoir to clean it is awesome!
