It's a really good product ! Contoured to accommodate your posterior at all points, except coxccys to provide relief from pain. It's comfortable to sit on, having that right blend of softness, yet firm. I bought it for my upcoming hemorrhoid operation, which I haven't received my appointment yet.

I’ve only just received this item but so far it’s fantastic! Whilst sitting at the dining table, it immediately helped with my tailbone pain and it moulds to my shape really well. It bounces back due to the memory foam. Even using it on the sofa has made me far more comfortable and without the usual pain.

Takes some getting used to, but it does help over time I bought this because I was getting pain in my tailbone area from sitting for long periods at my desk (work and gaming). At first it felt a bit strange to sit on. For me, it took about a week of daily use to get used to it, and that’s around the point where I started noticing the pressure easing and the discomfort improving. Once I settled into it, it did help make longer sitting sessions more comfortable. The design spreads your weight more evenly and takes the pressure off the tailbone. So if it feels odd at first, I’d say stick with it and give it time rather than judging it straight away. The cover has a zip so you can take it off to wash, which is a nice practical touch. Mine has held its shape well so far and still looks the same after regular use. The only thing to mention is the price. It works, but it does feel a little on the higher side compared to some similar options. I’d say it’s good value if you can grab it when it’s discounted. I got mine at full price. Overall, not an instant fix, but it genuinely helped after a bit of adjustment time. Worth considering if you spend a lot of hours sitting. Really well made Cussion to support your body while sitting down. If you suffer from any joint & general pain issues where chairs are painful to sit in then this product is the way to go. Good memory foam support that's not too soft and not too hard on the body. Provides just the right amount of support while providing pressure relief. Highly recommend but seems to be not one size fits all as this product is specifically designed to take pressure off certain parts of your body so have a look at what kind of support & pressure relief you need. The pillow is slightly too small if you are trying to use it for a gaming chair but is easily fixable as it stays in place on the chair, so when combined with back / lumbar support this pillow is excellent at providing pressure relief. Pretty comfortable and has stopped the pain I was getting sat at my computer. Others have said the cushion doesn't slip but I can't agree. This may be down to the chair I am using but it's easy enough to push back into place. I would ta== rather have to occasionally move the cushion than suffer the pain in my tailbone.

Comfortable and very good quality

Like many, I bought this ProtoArc seat cushion to relieve pressure during long hours of desk work. For the first few weeks, I was genuinely impressed. The memory foam was firm yet conforming, and the U-shaped design provided excellent support for my tailbone, making my uncomfortable office chair feel great again. The cover was soft, and the non-slip bottom kept it securely in place. Unfortunately, the honeymoon phase was short-lived. After about a month of daily use, the cushion began to lose its effectiveness. The memory foam no longer held its shape and became significantly softer, to the point where I started "bottoming out" against my chair's hard surface. The initial ergonomic benefits vanished, and I was left with a soft, squishy pad that provided no meaningful support for my coccyx or hips. This is a common issue with lower-quality memory foam, and unfortunately, this ProtoArc model seems to be a victim of it. For anyone who sits for extended periods and is heavier or puts a lot of pressure on their seat, this cushion simply doesn't have the durability to maintain its shape and support over time. Conclusion: If you need a very short-term solution for a slightly uncomfortable chair and don't mind replacing it frequently, this cushion might work. However, if you are seeking a truly ergonomic and supportive cushion for consistent, long-term use, especially for coccyx pain, I would strongly recommend looking for a more durable, higher-density memory foam product from a different brand. The initial comfort of this cushion is misleading, and its longevity is very poor.

This one actually works for coccydinia. I've tried a few which, due to being memory foam, were useless. They just squash flat, and I only weigh 58Kg. This one is brilliant. It's firm and gives great support. I have recommended it many times to others suffering with this condition.

This thing is amazing. I'm a steep grade log truck driver in the mountains and spend 80% of my time on crappy rough roads. This cushion was a game changer. It conforms to my butt. It has super grippy bottom so it NEVER slides around under me. It has a reassess for my tail bone and forms to my backside. By far the best one I've owned since my spinal surgery. And that includes my 700 dollar ROHO cushion.
