Delicious, my best powder to date!
Love this powder. Great flavour and quality. I use a handheld whisk to mix it and it turns into an epic thick milkshake just by adding water!! The full recommended portion is over 500 calories so I would use it as meal replacement if I put in the three scoops for the 56g of protein. But you can easily just use one scoop in various recipes for a tasty protein boost!Big plus: no synthetic flavour or aftertaste! Mixes well, definitely worth the money!!!

I put this bag in a tub for easier access however it does an awesome job vanilla is my favourite flavour, a 4kg tub would be epic , if you work each exercise you will grow!!

Good product, I only take 75gm of it
Will see about the results after some months, and I shall give an updateUpdate - I'm taking it for 38 days now, I was 79kg a month ago, I'm 82 kg now, I'm talking about muscle gain, so it seems to be a very good product, but I must add that proper working out and highly nutritional diet is also important

For me personally, there are many, many things wrong with this protein.I've been lifting weights for about 20 years now, and pretty much always supplement with protein. Being 40, I steer clear of heavy cards and go for lean protein, but I appreciate if you're looking to pure bulk then cards are good.This protein has about twice the amount of protein per serving that the body can actually use, so most of its just going to come out the other end. At 150g per serving (!?) Yoy only get 10 servings out of a pack. So for a regular gym goer and someone likely to use this, it'll last about week, so you'll need 4 a month, and most of the contents are literally going down the toilet. A bit of creatine adds some extra umph for lifters but it's not reqlaly a required supplement. The bcaa's again, help but would be cheaper and better as a stand alone.Overall I just don't think this is a great product with many better options out there. On the plus side, it mixes well and tastes good.
