Powerful bike, nice welds and seems to be well built. The battery charger, while marked as UL listed, gets VERY hot, I would suggest charging somewhere safe. No issues with charging beyond the heat, however.Mine had an issue out of the box where the tire was rubbing on the control box. I spoke with the seller, who said they would ship a repair part. Upon further investigation I found that the control box wasn't mounted well at the factory - it was almost 1/2" away from the frame at the top. I ended up taking it apart and fixing that. In the meantime, the seller shipped me a stronger shock, apparently assuming that my mass was the issue. Either way, good customer service considering the distance!

LThis bike is awesome. It looks nice and sleek and it is so fun to ride. The level of speed is insane for a bike !! The battery has been charged only one time and it feels like it lasts forever. This is great for a casual ride or a commute to work!!

This bike is a "must have!" First off let me say that the customer service is A-1!! They contacted us when they noted that my husband and I each got a bike, and they company explained "if you were a shorter stature woman" this bike would be a bit too much". Wow what company do you know "that would careless if it fit you or not..they usually just want a sale". Top of the line service and bikes were shipped immediately after we clarified the bikes would indeed work for us.I had ran across this bike in an add online. Never having heard about this company before, I did a bit of reading and the reviews on the bikes were great! Very heavy duty bikes!!! Excellent fat tires that run smoothly over everything in their way. This bike is so peppy, that in pass 5 setting, from a standstill, you will pop a wheelie on take off!! *Use pass 1-2 for taking off from a stop. Everything works smoothly and efficiently. I like that the bikes also came with a tool kit, a pump, a rear bike rack and bike bag. I really love that you can switch from one motor for flat riding, or 2 motors for pulling up steep hills at 35mph....no problem!! I highly recommend this bike, and I'm positive we've sent several customers from our neighborhood to your company for purchase of bikes!! Everyone, including our local police say "those are some good looking bikes!" Was extremely easy to assemble. Packaged well.

Unfortunately, the bike jumps forward with any small amount of use of the throttle. This may sound like a bonus for thrill seekers, but for me, just trying to get the bike started involves the back tire spinning out, catching, lurching forward and repeat. Despite adjusting every possible setting, this bike's rapid acceleration doesn't seem adjustable. Walking pedal assist mode is like trying to walk a well caffeinated dog on a harness that is forever trying to chase a goose into a pond.

Now that I have over 40 miles on this bike and I want to say I absolutely love it! The battery lasts way longer than I expected. It has so much pep it makes it a blast to ride ... It rides very smoothly too. It climbs steps hills with no issues what's so ever. You won't be sorry if you buy this bike. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of a couple very small reasons that are not resolved. The first: a couple of scratches on the frame and on the rim. The second: one of the safety screws in the the front fork would not thread in probably I try times and ways but ended up just leaving out all together.

This bike is a beast! This is my first e bike and I was pleased with the overall quality. Packaging was solid and assembly went smoothly thanks to the video. This bike with the twin motors was the way to go for me riding in hilly terrain. I'm impressed with the power and speed. The ride is smooth, quite and solid. This bike is a great value. I highly recommend it!

Also the sellers are easy to work with so far and I will get into that in a bit with a full reviewUpdate: ok this bike is just a beast the front motor is insane strong. It will peel out all the way up a hill and launch the 80# bike off the ground. I have not real tested the battery life but It did not used more than 2 bars in the 15 miles I rode through the wood and on the beach so I real have no worries there. Also this bike in manual mode peddles very easy. I have had is up to 36 mph. But rarely go more than 20.The sellers: I ordered 2 of these bikes 1 for me and my wife. As I put the first one together we noticed it was taller than expected. So we ordered her a different bike. The seller issued a refund immediately. Unfortunately for me shipping was so high to decided to keep the bike and try to sell it. At this point I might just keep it as a spare also I have 2 batteries and the tires and other consumables will make up the difference.Bottom line. I order 2 e-bike this company sent me 2 fantastic e-bikes in under a week. Great job if you ask me. Also they refunded me 162$ for no reason. Just to help me feel a bit better about my purchase. Hey honest reviewer here. This baby is fast!! Like very very fast in my opinion. The tires are great the size is perfect, the comfort is very comfortable. It weighs a lot obviously. Function good like it needs to do. Now the battery life on full power will obviously die fast but not as fast.
