I got this eyeshadow palette because it's such a great color for blending, and for Fall! I love wearing browns and yellows on my eyes this time of year. I didn't really know what to expect with this eye shadow, but I've been pleasantly surprised. It's not what I would call highly pigmented when you put on the 1st layer, but it's buildable.It blends really well and really does look good. The only complaint I would say I have is that when I went to rub my eye, it came off pretty easily. To be fair, I did rub my eye pretty hard but this is allergy season. For context, I did not use any primer or liquid foundation on my eye, so it may adhere better if you use those things. I use mostly Mac studio fix foundation powder, so it may not be the best foundation to use with this eyeshadow. I'm going to keep trying it with various foundations and see how it works. For the eye I did not rub, it lasted the whole day, so I'm pretty happy with it.

This eyeshadow comes in a small package but packs a big punch. The shadow is highly pigmented and goes on smoothly. The photo is of a tiny bit i swiped with my finger just to test it out. The color stayed on my hand for hours before I washed it off. Im not sure how long it would have taken to fade but it didn't at all during the time it was there. I plan on purchasing other colors because of how well this one went on. It wasn't overly powdery so it went on presicisly . The listed price is very fair for such a quality eyeshadow.

Made in China.This eyeshadow is just one individual palette of matte black. The case is simple and small, and it snaps shut pretty securely, which is nice. When I try the eyeshadow, the application is just okay. The black is very light at first, so you have to really build it up to get it dark. Then it is easy to smudge and blend - a little TOO easy. It almost completely disappears onto your brush the more you work with it. I do like the matte finish, and it makes a great base for colored glitter. At the end of the day it is very easy to remove.

Black eyeshadow is waterproof/water resistant and stays put for hours without budging. For better coverage use an eyeshadow primer, then the eyeshadow, followed by a translucent finishing powder. Dust off any shadow fallout (or if you are familiar with baking this step will prevent the fallout from taking and dusting off).The shadow is small in size but is a decent amount if you don't need it all the time but want to use it for date nights, drama, or special occasions. Plus you don't have to buy a full pallet and only end up using a few of your favorites while the rest sit in the graveyard and go in the trash when all the colors you use are done. Less to waste, when you pick your favorites. The size is also travel-friendly.The price is acceptable for being waterproof/resistant, and rich in pigment.

This is a nice solid color. I often have to put so many layers on with white shadow and I didn't need to do that with this product.

I'm really very happy about this eyeshadow. Ever since I was 13 and I am now 31. I have worn black eyeshadow. It's a bit of my trademark and I also use it as eyeliner too. This eyeshadow goes on as black as can be and does not fade even after hours of prolonged wear.It goes on smoothly and can be layered or give you a smoky effect. It's a good size for the price and I would easily purchase this again. It's fabulous. For those who like dark makeup. A very nice quality eyeshadow that can stand the test of your daily life.

This black shadow goes on very smooth and dark.Little goes a long ways.I may also use as a liner too.I like it’s small so won’t take up to much room in make up when traveling and can put into purse if needed too.Great color. Love adding black for nights outI also love the box it came in. I cut the front of the box out to keep. The heart is beautiful yet dark.

First of all, this blue is not going to be everyone which is true for any "non traditional" makeup colors. That aside the color is super pretty and matches the listing and I love how the case snaps close. I have other single color eyeshadows with weak hinges that don't snap close so you have to be careful to avoid making a mess, but this case closes super snug.
