I bought this to make tea on road trips, so glad I did. Heats FAST, has easy controls for more or less heat, can heat to boil, can just keep it warm. Fits in standard size cup holder like a charm.

I bought this warming mug for my fiancé, who is a police officer, and it has been a game-changer for him during the cold Texas winters. He often finds himself stuck out in the elements at wrecks or crime scenes and, while he never complains, I know how cold it can get. This mug has really made a difference. He fills it with coffee or tea, which stays hot for a while, and when it starts to cool down during his 10-hour shifts, he can plug it into his car outlet to heat it back up. It’s a great product! I followed the instructions and it works very well. It heats up fast and I can either put coffee or tea inside cuz of the filter. And I like that it’s not gonna burn my hand whenever I touch the bottle kettle while the water inside is hot.

I loved the design so much that I decided to buy 7 of them and I gave some to my family. They all have error code E2 and E3 when we warmed up coffee with cream. The residue at the bottom of the kettle would cause E3. After I cleaned up the residue, I tried to warmed up coffee with cream again. But I shook the kettle frequently to prevent the residue forming at the bottom. None of the kettle worked. They all produced E3 regardless. If I used them for water, they worked fine but they took about 1 hr to boil. For the E2 code, the kettles went into the trash can.

Looks good haven’t used it yet just trying to get the lifetime warranty
