Ok, so this massager is one of the best machines I have bought. First of all, it arrived super fast and well-packaged. It is very compact and lightweight. The instructions are fairly easy to follow and straightforward. It is cordless so you can use it while still moving around if you need to. It adjusts easily to different body types even if you are a bit bigger like myself, it still fits comfortably. Now on to the function itself... It feels amazing. It feels so real that I could not believe it at first! It feels just like if a professional were giving you a massage but even better since you can adjust the speed and you can have heat at the same time. The shiatsu-type massage is one of the best and most relaxing massages. Thorough and strong enough to tackle stubborn knots yet gentle. Also, it is not only for the neck and shoulder, you can also use it on your lower back and waist area which I had no idea about and is a definite plus. The strap is adjustable which is also very convenient. You can use the massage feature by itself, the heat by itself or a combination of both. You can also adjust both those features with 3 options/intensities each to choose from. It comes with a very good warranty as well. So if you are looking for a very good massager that will not break your wallet, I highly recommend this neck/shoulder/waist massager.

My wife loves this thing. It only lasts about 10 minutes on a full charge but it works really well. We’ve had it for a few months and it still works well.

The best neck massager I have ever had! Arrived today and I tried it on my neck and even low back. The closest thing to a real massage I have experienced. Usually I feel like these types of things are not deep enough or don’t actually feel like a massage but this does! At this price you can beat it. I have paid more for others that don’t feel even remotely as good. Excellent value for the money. I love the heat on it too. It really helped decrease my neck pain with even just one session. It is really easy to use and portable. If you don’t like deep tissue this might not be for you. But you can control the pressure slightly by not pulling as hard on the straps. But this is a no question buy if deep tissue is what you like

If you were curious what “4D” meant? Well it basically feels like someone is standing behind you rubbing your neck and shoulders with warm hands! I absolutely love and use this product daily because I have such tightness and knots from sitting a lot for work. This is a compact, yet fully functional massager with easy to use functions and everyone in the household can enjoy it! It’s very easy to charge and doesn’t have a cord to deal with. My favorite feature is the heat because it makes your muscles easier to relax and benefit from the therapeutic massage!

The massage was good. It did what it was supposed to do. I got it because my neck and shoulders were sore. It was just too much pressure and I couldn't use it.I sent it back. If your neck doesn't hurt it would be great. But that is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

Received a faulty product, placed a return request on the same day but no one came to pickup up , and the marked it as failed attempt and unable to connect with customer, however I have not received any call

Doesn’t fit or lock on back or shoulder properly. Neck massage doesn’t work well. Battery life is just 10 mins. Heating is normal.
