I grew up in a household that did a lot of home baking. I had never heard of parchment baking paper until I went to work for a baking company. After the first time I used parchment paper I have never baked anything without it. Most parchment paper found in stores is bleached white paper, which is totally unnecessary. This unbleached paper functions exactly the same and costs one third as much as my local grocery store brand. Great product, large capacity roll, and economy price.

Good: this is nice parchment paper; the size works great for most of the purposes we use it for - it's not so wide that you have to fold it up like some parchment paper; it's on a nice, heavy cardboard rollBad: the flaps are stuck down with some heavy duty adhesive - I just about tore them getting it open; the tabs on the ends of the box that you are supposed to push in to hold the roll are totally the wrong size for the roll :(

Katbite Parchment Paper Roll 15in x 115ft, Unbleached Pachment Baking Paper is great for baking. It is my number one choice because of it's great quality and price. I switched to the Katbite brand specifically because of testing for PFAS chemicals that have shown that Katbite parchment paper has a non detectable level.The paper is thin but very sturdy and holds up very well to baking. The paper is sized right for baking pans and makes for a great nonstick surface for cookies.

This unbleached parchment paper is true to size and perfect for all of my baking needs. It is wide enough to fit any size pan and has a serrated blade that is sharp and cuts the paper easily. I would recommend this product.
