They come with laces and with a lil ball at the end that holds the laces and allows you to adjust the size. These should fit a good variety of people with the ability to adjust the size. The cuffs themselves are made of leather that looks like imitation leather, with a gold layer over top and red heart stickers. The gold layer seems to have been a sticker of some kind as one of the cuffs has some wavy lines that look like the sticker was not places smoothly. It goes directly through where the star is on that cuff. It is not overly noticeable at a distance though.

These are nice looking for being metal. But they’re hard to get on your arms if you have larger arms, and then they just slide up and down. I wish they were more customize where you could squeeze the metal to fit your arm. I had to send them back.

These are very nice leather-like armbands. They are comfortable to wear for several hours and sturdy to last for years of fun. It's a bit confusing to know how to ties work though. But they are super adjustable and will fit any size arm. It would be easier to get them on and tied if you had another person to help you with that.
