Doesnât dry as fast as it claims it smells funny and the Hearts fall off right away never again. Also I think if an item is non refundable it should be written in large red letters so you see it !

Once you wipe off the excess clear polish you're left with 1 heart if you're lucky.

Hearts are hard to apply but the polish is a great top coat!
I purchased this from Walmart just on a whim but Iâm obsessed. The hearts are hard to put on - I honestly dump out a little bit on a plastic spoon and put them on one by one. But the polish itself is amazing! I noticed how long the hearts stayed on (a long time!) and the next time I did my nails, I decided to use it as a top coat on one hand and an OPI top coat on the other. I wish I had taken a picture of the results after a week - the hand I used this on was all but pristine. The OPI hand not so much. As far as the drying in 45 seconds - I donât know about that but it does dry pretty quick.
