Works very well but I have 1 problem, sleep modes no longer work. Not sure if it is the power supply or the setting corrupted.

Needed it because my original one didn’t have the 12pin connector for gpus. Amazing price for a 850w and fully modular. top 5 pc purchases i’ve made so far. cable management is also so much better than before with a non modular psu.

The psu is great quality and tested with a psu tester to make sure it had no issues.

This PSU arrived dead on arrival. No fan spin, no power—nothing. I confirmed it with troubleshooting and a paperclip test. This wasn’t Amazon’s fault. It was purchased ahead of time as a Christmas gift, so by the time I installed it the return window had expired. Unfortunately that meant dealing with Thermaltake’s RMA process. I had to pay out of pocket to ship the defective unit back. The frustrating part is I had already called multiple times trying to reach customer service and couldn’t get anyone. When I finally did get someone later, they said they might have been able to help with shipping if I had called first—after I had already tried repeatedly and already paid to send it. The worst part is the waiting. When a PSU is DOA, your whole PC build just sits there unusable while you deal with warranty shipping and processing. Defective parts happen with any brand, but this customer service experience has definitely made me think twice about buying Thermaltake again.

Llegó muy rápido , exelente empaque , visualmente un exelente producto , peso indicado ,la única falla es el cable de corriente a la gráfica no funcionaba

Took me 3 months before I realized THIS is the reason my PC sounds like it's taking flight every time I boot up a game. But worst of all, the fan speeds up randomly every 30 seconds while idol instead of staying at a consistent speed. This is a product that no-one should buy.

Recomendada al 100 No decepciona la marca para nada tenía una fuente de 500w de esta misma marca más de 4 años y sigue funcionando por esta razón me incline por esta marca de fuente de poder. Y la pregunta de si hace ruidos los ventiladores para nada es muy silenciosa

Se siente muy bien el acabado de la PSU como tal, pero los cables, estan recubiertos con un plástico que no se siente de tan buena calidad como lo demás

Power supply is relatively quiet. My unit did not come with an AC power cord.
