Good book to help 6 yr old girls learn to feel strong about self.

Perfect choice for my granddaughter

I really like this book. It is very kind and has lots of self love and encouraging language. The stories are good at illustrating problems one may feel personally during adolescence, then the resolutions come from personal growth. If you have a kid that needs more positive experience with positive self talk, this is a keeper.

This book is a collection of short stories, each with a powerful theme of positive character traits like gratitude, self-confidence, body positivity, kindness, etc. After each story are several questions to prompt reflection or a journal entry. Rather than reading the whole book all at once, I recommend daily reading a new story and taking time to reflect on each story and its applications in your own life.Highly recommended for tweens and young teens, ages 11-15 or so. It’s not a bad read for adults too: Short, thought-provoking stories about how to feel positive and more satisfied in life. Five stars!
