Poor reliability
I purchased Intel i5, 16GB,500 GB version two years ago home office use. I was impressed with the specs on paper and value for money the PC offered. However, power button started problems recently, since then BIOS has failed and PC does not power on any more. This is disappointing considering branded PC has been running without issues for nearly a decade without issues. Bottom-line: you get what you pay for.

I got the i7 version and it's pretty decent. I ended up returning it as it cannot stay connected to an external DAS due to power supply. Even with adjusting power settings and USB controllers, this mini PC does not have the power supply to stay connected when dealing with large data amounts. For everyday use, I could see it being useful, especially at its price point, but it fails for anything past basic use.
