Improved my sleep, way more durable than it says
I’ve been using these for a couple years. When traveling I’ve tried others, but these are my favorite. They work well and have improved my sleep. Like they actually really spread my nose open (some don’t do) and they don’t block any air (some do). They stay in like 90% of nights, though occasionally they pop out. Also they’re waaaay more durable than the manufacturer says! I think it says like a month or two apiece, but I’ve never had one wear out. I wear them until I lose them. They’re ready to lose because they’re translucent. But they’re very affordable and durable so I don’t mind. Great value for money, nicely durable, very effective. I absolutely recommend.

Get's the job done!
When I lay down gravity does its job and partially closes my nasal passages. This results in me wanting to breath through my mouth when I sleep. I did not have an issue with actual snoring, but I did breath loudly through my mouth which would occasionally interrupt my wife's sleep. I have had no issues since I have been using the BreathRights. I began using cone shaped nose vents around five years ago which did a good job, but no matter which variation you get, the cone type designs tend to fall out during the night. These SleepRight breathe aids stay in well. I have never had them fall out after over a year of usage. The worst I have encountered is one side popping out. They also do a better job at widening my passages allowing easier breathing. Although they cost more, they last much longer than indicated on the box. I clean mine with soap and water after each use and also with alcohol weekly and they hold up well. Although, they do lose their elasticity over time, I get 5-6 months out of them and possibly longer in some cases. As for comfort, they are not bad at all. I push them in as far as they will go and occasionally, like every couple of months or so, I will get some mild irritation. Then I flip them around and use them the opposite way and that usually allows the irritation to go away. Or, I will use my older cone vents for a few days max, until the irritation is gone, but they are not as effective (and safe, see below). The BreatRights can be a bit tricky to get in place. I always run some water on mine prior to inserting and that helps a lot. But, they are still a bit tricky sometimes; even after using them for a year I occasionally run into some minor difficulties but always get them to situated properly. And, since they are manufactured and packaged in the USA, you can have some confidence as to the quality of materials used to make them. That is the main reason I stopped using the other nose vents. Most were manufactured in a country known for mis-labeling, making false claims, and in some cases, using dangerous chemicals or processes in the goods that they sell. For something that you are placing in your sinuses daily, you need to be confident that you are not absorbing dangerous chemicals or who knows what. Overall, these are the best nasal dialaters I have used and I recommend them.

Good nasal dilators!
These work well. They don’t always stay all the way back in your nostrils, but they do stay out while you sleep, which is good.

It's not just the the strips anymore!
These have been a game-changer for me. It's best to learn how to put them in correctly by reading the instructions or viewing the video to be sure you're doing it right. It would probably fit better on a wider nose, but I am happy not to have the nose strips making my nose red and pulling off the skin (I sometimes still use them if I'm traveling and forget). I breathe perfectly with these. They do get uncomfortable at times, and I sometimes wake to find I've pulled it out in the middle of the night, but it does not fall out. I've been using these for a few months now and I'm getting more and more used to them. I find that by washing it every day, I can use the same one for at least two weeks and more; they do not seem to degrade. To compare for you -- from outside edge to edge my nose is about 3/4" wide. They push your nostrils out from the inside, and it looks like you have a nose ring on the middle :) - hope this helps!

Works great. Comfortable enough. But I'll stick with the nasal strips
First time I inserted it, it hurt in one area. But then i pulled it out and bent that part away from where it was poking me and it was confortable. I was able to sleep with it all night, no problem. So I guess this would be a good alternative to people for whom the nasal strips don't work for some reason. But for me, the nasal strips work just fine and stay on all night. I was just hoping those product would create even more air flow than those. But for me I didn't get enough of an increase in air flow to make it worth the annoyance of inserting something into my nose every night. So I'm going back to the strips. I did feel the product was effective, though. And not as uncomfortable as many readers said. It's pretty easy to adjust it so it doesn't hurt. I have a medium size mouse for a man and it fit just fine. But for me I'll stay with the strips because the airflow improvement wasn't enough for me.

Best nasal aid ever. It
These are the best external nasal tool I’ve ever used. I’ve had a deviated septum from a nose break for 13 years, and have tried everything to breathe better and get relief. Before finding these breathing aids, I had settled for using breathe right nasal strips. Going as far as wearing them 24/7 just to help me breathe nasally. While I was wearing them I had to peel them off my nose daily and doing so wounded the skin on my nose. Aside from it directly hurting your nose, you directly put an adhesive on your skin day and night which leaches harmful chemicals into your body. Nasal strips are an absolute nightmare to use on a consistent basis. But once I found these… everything changed. I wear it basically 24/7, and there’s no issues at all. These breathe aids also allow me to breathe significantly better than when I was wearing the nasal strips. I highly recommend these to anyone suffering any sort of nasal issue. They are easy to use, effective, and affordable.

Wore it once
This is the probably the most uncomfortable breathing aid of all that I have tried - and I've tried at least five different types. It was easy to insert and felt comfortable when I first put it in my nose - and I have a fairly large nose. At around 4:00 AM it woke me up because the pain was terrible. Maybe a smaller size would have worked better but I do have a large nose. I would not buy these again and threw away the ones that I bought.
