So, I'm one of those people that loves to bake but don't know the difference in cocoa powders. The cocoa powder made by the company famous for its chocolate chip cookies was always good enough. Well, I made myself a chocolate cake for my birthday and the recipe called for Dutch processed cocoa. OMG the difference in flavor was amazing. And I learned a little trick. Google "blooming cocoa powder". You won't be sorry. Anyway, I'll be buying this brand again. Made in the USA!

Nice rich chocolate taste. Comes in a air tight bag so be careful when you go to open it.. Mine was puff of dark chocolate dust. Great for baking since it blends into the batter really smooth. Color is super dark since I was making black velvet cupcakes they were perfect. Not sweet at all so make sure you add plenty of sugar.

I am an iced mocha freak and this chocolate was amazing to use to make my iced mocha sauce. It makes it taste so delicious, just how you would get in a coffee shop. I highly recommend.

On taste alone this is probably the best dutch cocoa I have ever had.. 50/50 with powdered sugar makes a wonderfully rich, not-too-sweet hot cocoa using whole milk.. Needs to be run through a coffee grinder first though since its a bit clumpy.Unfortunately the 1lb option is perpetually out of stock, both here and on their website, not sure why they even have the option there if they are never going to sell it.. And at this price for 8oz its one of the most expensive on amazon, and 8oz really isnt a whole lot of powder, especially with those heavy cocoa fats and especially if you were going to bake with it. SO I will probably have to switch to anthony's or something once this runs out. Shame.Start selling in larger amounts for better value and I will change this to 5 stars.

QUALIITY PRODUCT, BUT EXPENSIVE. IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, GREAT COCOA. UNFORTUNATELY, i CANNOT.

I love this Cocoa powder, it is the best one I ever tasted. Amazing for icing I strongly recommend.
