Industry leading low flow activation with a minimum flow rate of .26GPM and minimum activation flow rate of .40GPM ensures hot water is received even in low demand situations. Ultra Low NOx burner meets SCAQMD rule requirements of safety with low emissions. While our exclusive Guardian Overheat Film Wrap prevents our units from reaching the dangerous temperatures others can. Add in our maintenance notification settings, self-diagnostic system and EcoNet enabled mobile app feature (additional kit available), buying the Rheem RTG tankless water heater makes perfect sense. Included are a digital remote control and 10ft. of thermostat wire. As this unit is for use outdoors no venting is required. Best if used with up to 3 bathrooms; .81-.82UEF (.82EF Canada), 160,000BTU efficiency. Professional installation is required otherwise warranty void. Replaced a similar sized Rinnai with this Rheem. The Rheem is smaller, quieter and does a much better job than the Rinnai. I'm hoping that parts, repairs & maintenance will be easier with a traditional manufacturer like Rheem. Instructions were clear and it made things easier.

It’s a minuscule problem, but for an expensive purchase and let alone purchasing two tanks that came with the same dents upon arrival is kind of annoying. It’s tedious because I will hear it from the property owner complaining about dents on a brand new tank.

Bad quality. Bad service We purchased 2 because we have 2 units one worked perfectly fine the second unit the first day that we were going to use it , the ignition and the 2 bundle were damaged. We try to contact the company but nobody contact us back . We had to buy a new one at Home Depot
