So far, this machine has worked flawlessly. The primary use is for wine slushy. I love how it indicates that you need to add water when alcohol content is too high. Following directions has resulted in perfection every time. I appreciate the ease in cleaning and small countertop footprint. Tried the cheaper brand and after two units that had issues, I bought the Ninja. Huge difference in design and performance. Wish I had bought this one in the first place. Love it!

Love it. Easy to clean, it freezes 5 cups of margarita in about 9-15 min. It’s very quiet, functional, and the ice tastes smooth. Still need to try soft serve ice cream.

Perfect for girls night! We made strawberry margaritas the first night we had it and they came out amazing. We even made mock Wendy's frosties in it and the texture was identical to the real ones. As for slushies with regular pop, it was equivalent to what you would get from an icee machine. Easy to use AND CLEAN. If something in the mixture isnt quite right, the light patterns on the front tells you whats off. The slim design of it also makes it a great size to sit on my kitchen counter.

Growing up in the in the Southwest I became an addict to a slushy produced from a store that was open from 7 to 11. As a make believe grown up, I am addicted to going to a particular coffee shop that people love to hate, but I like their frozen coffee drink. Plus, when I get back home, I go to my favorite burger place and get their milkshakes. We are planning to move to Spain in two years. Since the places I go to for these drinks do not exist in the town I am moving to, I decided to buy this machine, since it is available there too, to test and try out recipes so I can make these drinks when I am there. So far, I have tried out Slushy mode on several drinks. Starting with coke and punch from the market. I also used Frappé mode for store bought drinks in the bottles that you can buy at the market instead of the specialty coffee shop. Plus, boysenberry for a slushy drink that needs to be done on Juice mode. Lastly, I have also made milkshakes from flavored milk. What a joy! Following directions from the short recipe book I have been able to create my favorites. I have discovered that it is best to follow the recipes if there are some. Boysenberry was tricky. It is a juice, and the machine has Frozen Juice mode. However, the first try it did indeed freeze it so it was not slushy and I had to take it apart in order to get the juice out. The machine does allow you to adjust the temp. The next time it came out perfect, but I did have to play with it to make it so. My daughter, who will inherit this machine, since I cannot bring it to Spain, bought me recipe books for the machine. So far, this machine is magic. I am addicted to the drinks I can make with it. For now, practice making the drinks here in the states. When I move to Spain, I plan on getting the same machine there and making my drinks to enjoy.

Love the machine and all the ease of using it. I wish the price was a little lower but we have used it on a regular basis and it beats going out for an expensive slushie that doesn't taste as great as the one we made.

Was a mother's day gift to mother-in-law. She makes daiquiri for us and slushy for the kids. They love it for pool days. Top of the line quality, makes great slushies and makes them fast, not noisy, easy to clean, fun for the kids.

The quality of this machine is amazing. The freeze quality is great as expected. I feel like overplayed for this product versus the in store option. It does take a long time to make drinks but it worth it. Cleaning all the parts are a breeze. I love my ninja needles to say.

Bought as a gift for my mom for the holidays. I can’t count on how many fingers we have used it so far. It’s AWESOME. It arrived safely, and is easy to use. Great at slush-ifying all kinds of drinks! Certain things can take longer to make, such as liquids with low sugar content or “happy juice” (if you know what I mean). The tank and other prices come off making cleaning easy. It’s great for frozen beverage/slurpee lovers!
