Great for training
I have done triathlon for years, but have never trained in the pool with swim paddles. These things give you a great workout. They are very durable and sturdy, easy to put on and take off and have really helped me concentrate on my swim stroke technique and correct errors I was making. Well made product.

change your freestyle!
These paddles are meant for occasional use during training -maybe 100 m at a time to work on the efficacy of your freestyle stroke. You swim with them on and then when you're not wearing them you will find that you swim much more efficiently

New swimmer and glad I've got these!
I've always been so so so slow swimming until I got these. Now I'm a but faster yes but I can feel the water move when I use them and it's a great motivator for sure!

They work
They work but the design is questionable. These were purchased for skills training in the pool. Coach doesn’t like the way they fit and position in the hand
