These gel patches really help to cool pain and even reduce swelling. They are just single-use, but you get 20 of them. You can use them as they are or put them in the fridge for an extra chilly experience.In practice, they are great. After waking up with a headache, I took one that I had chilled in the fridge, and wow! My forehead was bathed in a lovely, relieving cool sensation, like sticking my head in refrigerated water, minus the mess. After about 30 minutes, it had lost its cooling ability, so I used another one. But I didn’t throw the first one away; I could put it back in the fridge and reused it when the second one warmed up. I repeated the process until my headache subsided. So, while they are technically single-use, I was able to use them until the headache had faded.Overall, they are great patches that offer instant relief, and I have no problems recommending them. Cool as a cucumber! 🥒✨

I prefer to try cooling patches when I have a headache rather than reaching straight forthe paracetamol, so I was very keen to give these a go. I tried them yesterday when I had a mild headache and found them initially quite cooling and soothing. It definitely helped my headache. However, it states the relief lasts up to 8 hours. I found the patch losing its effect much quicker than that. In fact, after about 2 hours I felt it wasn’t really doing anything anymore.At £9.99 for 20 patches it works out that each patch would cost around 50p. That’s not very much so I’d say the cost is pretty good. I also like that these patches aren’t as wide as some others that I’ve bought before, so they fit on my forehead better. I think these patches could work really well to help soothe a child’s head when they have a fever. They’re certainly a worthwhile addition to the medicine cabinet.

These are a fantastic addition to your household first-aid kit especially if you have young children.You can use them on adults, I tested one on myself to do this review and it worked really well.I just removed it from its wrapper and placed the adhesive gel pad onto my forehead.Grate for headaches and migraines.There was an instant cooling sensation, It was really quite pleasant and I can imagine children would tolerate it really well.If your child has a fever the most important thing is to cool them down as quickly as possible and as comfortably as possible.This is a really gentle way to do that, You can just add the pad onto the forehead or onto the neck region and it will instantly start to cool them down.If they remove the gel pad you can stick it back on again, They are very practical that way.I found that when the cooling sensation lessoned, if I put my hand onto the gel pad and pressed it down slightly the cooling sensation would resume.I think these are absolutely fantastic, They will be so useful to use with my grandchildren, They are always catching bugs from school and having temperatures.I think they'll quite like having these gel pads on their head as it is a nice sensation.You get 20 cooling pads for less than £10 and I think that's really good value.

I really like to use cooling head patches to help me to relax and also for the odd headache. I was a bit concerned these may be too small for an adult forehead but actually they are perfectly adequate. They are still a great size for children too and super if you need to help your little one cool down, so much easier than a wet flannel!They stick just as well as any other I have tried, and even stayed on my head all night long when I fell asleep with it still on. I think they do a very good job of staying cool for several hours and they are so soothing, they are definitely worth a try.These work out at very good value as well compared to the more well known brand of cool patches you can buy, and these are just as effective as those ones are.

These are great! They're very soothing and feel cool as soon as you put them on. Perfect for a headache or a fever, and there are plenty to keep you going. I would highly recommend these.

They are each individually wrapped and can be opened when needed so the gel stays useable on each of them.The cooling strips are only small so they are perfect for children.We like to use them on hot days or even for headaches as they help keep you cool. They are very sticky and last for a long time though the day too.

Ich habe eine auf mich selbst für diese Bewertung getestet und es funktionierte sehr gut.Ich nahm es einfach aus der Verpackung und legte das selbstklebende Gel-Pad auf meine Stirn.Ideal bei Kopfschmerzen und Migräne.Ich hatte sofort ein kühlendes Gefühl. Es war wirklich sehr angenehm und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass Kinder es sehr gut vertragen würden.Wenn Ihr Kind Fieber hat, ist es das Wichtigste, es so schnell und so angenehm wie möglich zu kühlen.Das geht wirklich sanft. Sie können das Pad einfach auf die Stirn oder den Halsbereich legen und es beginnt sofort zu kühlen.Wenn Sie das Gelpad abnehmen, können Sie es wieder aufkleben. Auf diese Weise sind sie sehr praktisch.Ich habe festgestellt, dass wenn das Kühlgefühl nachlässt und ich meine Hand auf das Gelpad lege und es leicht nach unten drücke, das Kühlgefühl wieder einsetzt.Ich finde sie absolut fantastisch. Sie werden sehr nützlich sein, um sie mit meinen Enkelkindern zu verwenden. Sie fangen sich in der Schule ständig irgendwas ein und haben Fieber.Ich denke, sie werden es lieben, diese Gel-Pads auf dem Kopf zu haben, weil es sich so gut anfühlt.

Ich habe leider sowohl mit Migräne, als auch mit öfters Fieber (bei viel Anstrengung) zu tun, daher bin ich froh um diese kühlenden Pflaster - denn in meinen Augen sind diese hier nicht nur für Kinder geeignet. Sie riechen etwas stark nach Menthol und anderen Sachen - kleben aber gut auf der Stirn und sorgen somit ganz gut für die "nötige Kühle". Ich habe meinen ersten Kühlstreifen recht schnell aufgeklebt, da ich sowohl am Anfang von Fieber stand, als auch die Zeichen einer anfänglichen Migräne fühlte - und ich muss sagen, sie haben ganz gut gewirkt - aber mein Glück war es, dass ich daheim war und sie sofort zur Hand hatte. Ich denke mitten in der Arbeit sieht es etwas komisch aus mit so einem Streifen auf der Stirn herumzulaufen...

Diese Kühlpflaster sind ideal, wenn sich Sohnemännchen mal wieder den Kopf gestossen hat oder über andere Blessuren klagt, die zumeist auf dem Spielplatz entstehen. Die Kühlpflaster lassen sich gut mitnehmen, sind schnell einsatzbereit und besitzen einen perfekten Kühleffekt. In der Fahradtasche und im Rucksack haben wir sie nun immer griffbereit dabei, wenn wir unterwegs sind.
