Hard to judge how effective it really is. i think it may have arrested my wifes age related memory loss, and that's great in and of itself. But don't think it is a total sollution, in that it hasn't helped much in restoring lost memory. We continue to use it, as does seem to be having a positive effect on her memory.

I'm just writing after a few days of taking this. My thinking is much clearer, my energy level is much higher than it has been in a long time. I also slept better than I have in a very long time. I gave these to my 90 year old dad since he has started experiencing some age related forgetfulness. After 2 months taking it, I noticed he was a lot sharper. He’s able to follow conversation much better and has forgotten key to do’s much less. I can’t say this will work for everyone, but I believe it has helped my dad.

In line searches suggest that this product side effect are causing a lower heart rate and of heart palpitations. I am sure this will not apply to all those that decide to take this product but I think it is best to be cautious. I stopped taking the product after three days and day 4 or 5 the heart palpitations stopped.
