This steamer worked great right up until it broke. While using it for the first time, the steamer made a loud pop noise, then the unit overheated. I unplugged it, let it cool down, and tried again. When i turned it on, it wouldn't go past level 1 and leaked water from the unit. I liked that it had the portable handle, along with all the attachments but I wouldn't buy this one again.

Have you ever really thought about how many items around your home could use a full deep steam cleaning? My hardwoods, although more than 20 years old, are in pretty good shape. And, I thought they were clean and dirt free. Imagine my surprise when I steamed my hardwoods and saw all the gunk, dirt, and nastiness on the bottom of the cleaning pad. In addition to the kitchen hardwoods downstairs, there are a couple of sinks, a couple of showers, and the front stoop area that could use a high temperature steam cleaning. This Steam Cleaner comes with a lot of items in addition to the steamer itself. There are two steel brushes, a squeegee, 2 plastic brushes, a user manual and a glove to protect yourself from the hot steam. I use this steamer mainly in hard to reach areas like corners in the kitchen were you can see some buildup, maybe a spider web, etc. I also use this in the showers. We have poor lighting in our bathroom as far as sunlight, and an occasional pink mold shows up near the drain. The steam and plastic brush combo and some cleaner makes quick work of this and it is gone instantly. Also, the tile grout has a tendency to get a little grody from time to time. The hot steam, plus a mold and mildew remover, plus a steel brush and the grout gets back to looking pretty new again. There are so many uses for this machine. Just be very careful because hot steam can burn you in less than a second if you accidentally get your skin with it. As with all small appliances, be sure to follow the instructions by using the included manual, or the online manual. Proper usage will yield the best results, and also help your machine last as long as possible. I am very satisfied with this steam cleaner, it's a definite A+ purchase. It was great the first few times I used it, but all of a sudden, the steam started coming out of the seam of the wand where my hand holds it. I couldn’t get it fixed and I can’t even hold it with the gloves on. The steam is coming out of several different areas of the wand. I’ve tried tightening the screws but nothing seems to work.

Lightweight and easy to handle. It’s small enough to store without taking up space.

Works great and powerful.. I use all the time, so super easy to use and cleans great. Gets really hot fast, I wish the water tank was a little bit bigger

I have to say that I do really like this product. It does a good job of lifting gunk and all manners of crap. It's easy to use and heats up in seconds once you turn it on, and it lasts for a decent amount of time. The only down sides to this product ( honestly just a small inconvenience for me for the 1st one) is that there is no way to pause the steamer, and what I mean by that is, once you hit the on button it starts steaming quickly and if you need to pause for just a sec you have to turn the machine off. The 2nd problem I had is that the brush heads wore down super fast ( the thing is with this is that I've seen this problem in a lot of other models from different companies as well, so unfortunately it's something that I'm going to have to live with.) Overall - good machine that does the job and doesn't take up a lot of storage space. A good first time buy. UPDATE. So I've had this machine for barely 2 months and it's broke on me ... specially speaking I was cleaning with it and the handle i was holding started shooting steam out of it. I dropped it pretty quickly and only got a minor burn on the inside of my palm. I hope this is a one off and hasn't happened to anyone else. I really did like this machine until this happened. I contacted Amazon and got roughly a 60% refund and they provided me with a return label to ship it back to them.

It is exaclty 2 and a half months since I received this steamer and it QUIT WORKING! This steamer is JUNK! Do not buy this steamer!!

Instant hot steam and very convenient to use this machine. Its a super machine to clean fabric of seats in car, for cleaning bathroom tiles, basin, kitchen, sink, walls with mold. Leaves a clean fresh smell if you drop a little bit of Lysol in the water tank.

I do appreciate its effective cleaning ability on hardfloors and its quick heat up time.It's light weight design and easy maneuverability make it a favourite for those who regularly clean their homes.This is my favourite for deep cleaning.

Worked well for the first couple times we used and now there's barely any hit steam, would not recommend buying this machine.
