This speaker really impressed me. The sound quality is incredible for its size—clear, powerful, and with great bass. The battery lasts over five hours, which makes it perfect for trips, beach days, or even camping. It’s very practical and easy to carry; it fits in any bag and you can place it just about anywhere. It works great at home too. My son loves it because it’s compact and easy to use—he asks for it all the time. Bose once again proves why it’s known for outstanding quality. I highly recommend it. And well… if anyone wants to gift me another one, I wouldn’t complain 😄

The Bose SoundLink Flex 2nd Gen speaker is hands down my favorite bluetooth speaker, though I do own the latest Beats Pill and love it for its capabilities. At present, I own eight of these 2nd Gen Flex speakers, one in each color variant. I do find that audiobooks, podcasts and spoken content sound best on the 2nd Gen Flex. Most Music does as well. Some reviewers report sound differences between the color variants. After initially suspecting this and repeatedly comparing the identical audio on each speaker, I found that the most likely explanation is how one is holding the speaker when audio is playing, as the audio does change based on the position of the speaker. Features I would like to see in the 3rd Gen model include: Much longer battery life. The technology and capabilities exist. The speaker is so excellent that paying a little more for much longer battery life, perhaps double, would be worth it. Lossless ability. When connecting the latest Bose Ultra headphones and even the Beats Pill to my iPhone with the Usb C to Usb C cables, each offer lossless streaming. The ability to connect the Flex to a CD player or some other audio device via the cable. There are Usb C to 3.5mm male and female cables on the market and this would be nice as I still have a small Bose CD player and plenty of CDs. While there are bluetooth transmitters such as the AirFly which make connectivity possible, direct wired connectivity is still nice for some of us. A detachable strap. The Beats Pill and the most excellent Bose SoundLink Micro 2nd Gen both offer a detachable strap. This would be a nice option for the Flex in the future. Pairing four Flex speakers in surround sound mode. While two Flex speakers are great in stereo, pairing four for surround sound would be next level great. The ability to change the volume of the obnoxious sounds the Flex puts out. I do like these sounds, particularly when the speaker connects to bluetooth. However, these are way too loud. The Beats Pill has the option of controlling the volume of its sounds. The same is true for the voice prompts. While some of the voice prompts can be disabled in the app, the volume cannot be changed. Even without these potential additions to a 3rd Gen Flex, this existing 2nd Gen Flex is a phenomenal bluetooth speaker that serves many purposes. The Alpine Sage color variant has been discontinued, as it was limited. However, the existing color options are excellent, particularly the Twilight Blue. Although the Flex and Beats Pill are both excellent and come down to personal preference when selecting one or the other, I would also go with the Flex if I did not have the luxury of owning both. In fact, I would go with the Flex over any other, even if it has yet to fulfill all its potential, which with the suggestions I mentioned for the 3rd Gen Flex, it would be an untouchable speaker. Highly recommend the 2nd Gen Flex to all reading this.

Great Sound, Reliable Connectivity, and Excellent Battery Life I am very impressed with this Bose SoundLink Bluetooth speaker. I don't normally write reviews but this thing is fantastic. Bought this to replace the Bose color link that I've had for over 10 years so it was an obvious choice as that was always very good to me. Been testing the battery in my office the last two days, 10 hours on the same charge at about 15% volume and it's still at 70% battery. Sound quality is outstanding and rich with decent bass at lower volumes which is great for my little office. Full volume is pretty decent, wish it had a little bit more of bass on the higher end of the volume but still pretty good. Great mids and highs at any volume. That and the dust proof is essential for my woodshop when I'm out there so that is definitely a perk. As opposed to spending double the price on a Sonos it's great (Sonos would be better for larger spaces). Great speaker for the price point.

This Bose SoundLink Flex speaker is really impressive for its size. It gets very loud and has great sound quality, especially the bass. It feels powerful without being overwhelming. The controls are simple and easy to use, whether you are connecting to Bluetooth, adjusting the volume, or skipping tracks. Everything is very straightforward. It is also very versatile. It works great in the shower, by the pool, or just around the house. It is one of those speakers you can take anywhere and rely on. It is also very easy to charge, does not take long to reach a full charge, and once it is charged, the battery lasts a long time. Overall, it is reliable, easy to use, and sounds great. I would definitely recommend it.

This is my first time owning a Bose Bluetooth, always been a JBL user, I knew Bose was awesome but was never interested in owning one mostly because of their crazy price. Maann! this little thing is good, beyond good, it's clean as F and the bass is powerful, deep and clean, you litteraly can feel it. And it's classy and premium, even at 200$ it'd be worth every penny...JBL is still awesome, will always be a JBL fan, but Bose is different, everything is luxury about it, even the sound feels luxury haha😄if you are sitting with friends drinking expensive arse drinks, Bose is the speaker to go, it's premium, very warm, 5 stars shiiii. But if you wanna party like crazy, JBL is the way to go. BOSE fits more for socializing, chilling and stuffs, JBL for party. They both awesome depending on the situation. I REALLY RECOMMEND IT, 20/10.

Very good build quality. Bass is great for its size. Price is about on par with the competition. Super easy to connect to my laptop, phone and ONN tv box. The battery life lasted about 8 hours at moderate volume. Was easily able to fill the hotel room I was in. I compared this speaker to the Beats Pill, the JBL Flip 7 and a couple others and I although I am a JBL fan (own 6 JBL speakers), I went with this one as it was on sale at the time, and the bass was the best of the speakers I tested. If the JBL was at the same sale price, chances are I may have gone with the JBL as it was a close toss up between those two. Only other speaker that might have beat this one with bass and sound clarity was the B&O A1. But that speaker is way more $. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the sound is not as clean and clear as some other speakers and the EQ could use improving in the app. Would also be nice if you could pair this with more than one other speakers, like the JBLs.

The sound quality? Top tier. It’s the perfect size and I love how you can stand it up or lay it down when it’s backside to get the music to flow out differently. It’s the cutest pink color. I loved it so much that I ended up buying the quiet comfort headphones to match. Bose is definitely my favorite. It’s integrated into my Infiniti as well. The only sound system I truly trust because they definitely know how to come through with the bass!

I picked this speaker up on sale so I could use it at work ( I work in a machine shop) and I'm not disappointed. It has decent battery life, good volume which is nice in a noisy shop, great sound quality and decent bass. It also survived a 5ft drop onto concrete with no issue although I wouldn't want to do it again. I would definitely recommend getting one if you're looking for a bluetooth speaker.

Je trouvais cette enceinte chère au départ. Mais j'ai passé le cap tout de même j'avais envie d'écouter du vrai son, profond. Et là, surprise !!! Le son est extra, les basses son juste. C'est un plaisir d'écouter tout type de musique. La couleur est superbe, la texture est agréable, légèrement caoutchouteuse mais de vraiment bonne qualité. Je recommande !

This Bose speaker is amazing, I have different speakers made by Bose all of them are great and I have never been disappointed by any of them, the only reason I have bought this one is for the size and robust design for travel. Easy set up it connected to all my devices straight away, the Bose app is brilliant it makes life so much easier, I knew from experience it would be good but the sound quality matches my larger and more expensive speakers, it really fills the room with Bose quality sound, very impressed. Great battery life, it will last the twelve hours they state and it does charge very fast. Easy to use, nice controls and a really nice design, there are plenty of different cases available for it from hard to carrying, I will be getting one of these for added protection but it is a robust speaker with dust and water prevention features so not a requirement. As for the price, I must admit I did get this discounted so it's easy for me to say how great the value is, but truthfully I would like to buy another one in the future so I can connect them together for an even better sound experience and if I have to pay the full price I will do so as I truly believe they are worth the money. Once again a fantastic speaker worth buying if you want great sound on the go or as your set up in the house. I hope your experience will be as positive as mine has been because I am chuffed with my purchase. Very happy.
