Now and again I like to get some of my photos printed and put them in an album, which is a lot more enjoyable than flicking through them on screen. My grandchildren like to look at the albums as well, especially when there are photos of them inside. This book appealed to me as it looks nice for storing my photos, travel tickets and postcards gathered from various holidays. I like the vintage look of the cover, which has a pleasant, textured feel and a slightly battered, aged appearance as if it’s well-travelled. The pages are made of strong craft paper that looks yellowed and faded, which adds to the charm. There is also a useful pocket in the back for storage of loose items. It comes with crimping scissors and a variety of stencils, stickers, pens, glue pens and photo corners. I like the addition of photo corners which I like to use for mounting the photos in place without damaging them. There are six sheets of corners with 102 on each sheet, which is enough to stick 153 pictures. The scissors are plastic with steel blades, but they’re quite effective. Some of the stickers and pens seem to be aimed at children or teens, but this means they can enjoy taking part in putting together a family album. It’s an attractive pack of craft items which should appeal to anyone who is new to creating albums or scrapbooks, as there are plenty of things to start with. The book comes with a clasp at the side which holds the book closed. I do wonder how well it’s going to fasten when it’s full of photos though, as it’s bound to become thicker.

Wow this is an amazing very well made scrapbook. It is beautiful. Paper quality is great. Has plenty of scrapbooking supplies that you can use. Quality is just 100%.

This is a brilliant scrap book, not just for the book itself which is excellent quality, but for all the little extras that you get with it to help 'fancy' up what you are scrap booking. We recently went to France and Disneyland and this is a perfect scrapbook to put all the memories in. As you can hopefully see from the pictures it's filled a little over halfway, I'd say, and while I haven't stuck everything in it yet it is all arranged on the pages ready to be done. It is bulging, but the clasp still does up no problem and it doesn't feel like it's going to pop open any minute. I love that it has two integrated ribbon bookmarks. The pages themselves are nice quality and thick, and each page is printed with a different background, all subtle though so they won't 'interfere' with what you are scrap booking. All the stickers, stencils and pens that come with it are a brilliant addition and totally appeal to my love of stationary side. Plus it's presented so nicely in it's own box this would make a great gift to a scrapbook lover. While it is pricey at £21.99, at time of order, I really do think it's worth every penny.

the quality of the book is lovely. it has a really attractive metal clasp, and the quality is lovely. the book feels nice to hold and use, and the paper is thick and the pages have all kinds of different and appealing designs that all fit very well together. the stationery that comes inside the presentation box with it, which is also nicely designed suit the style of the scrapbook very well. (the paper tags, and the stickers with the stamps on them. the rest of the stationery, which comes separately, in the outer box, but not the gift box, is a bit of a mixed bag. there's a lot of stickers, but their style doesn't really match the scrapbook that well. but they're ideal for more day to day journaling, in a different style of book. there are glue pens, which is very useful for scrapbooking, and what appears to be a metallic biro you can change the ink inserts in to different colours. the only issue is that the scissors don't seem to work. we couldn't; get them to open, or find any kind of clasp that could have been holding them closed. but, all round, this complete set gives a lot of potential for scrapbooking, and the book itself is absolutely charming and lovely. a great way to make a nice record of fun memories.

The picture book looks nice and old fashioned, geared towards adults. The stationary looks like it's for a pre-schooler. A bit of an odd combination, but I think it will still be fun to create this memory book.
