I am a strict vegan and found out that using an iron pot when cooking can give you iron in the body. I think this is a good idea because its small and convenient so I tried it. I do feel a lot better and less tired but i do take iron tablets just for safety. This has allowed me to slightly cut down on iron tablets. Very happy with this product although it a little expensive it does last a lifetime

I was unfortunate enough to have anemia and an intolerance of the medication for this condition I read about this and thought I would give it a try and it worked so well that my anemia was brought under control in no time at all and exceeded my expectations I would recommend this product without hesitation

I disliked the price.Olive oil would do the same thing

It works well, keeps the rust away. And smells great too. Nice to know it is all natural.

Slightly disappointed with the amount you get for the price however, it does seem to work to protect my iron leaf. I noticed my leaf was starting to get some oxidized spots and this has saved it for sure.
