Followed the Instructions... *by N***N on October 24, 2024* The instructions for this product are a bit less than clear. Figured out that the heel pad has Velcro and you need to release it in order for your foot/ankle to fit into the brace. Then you can follow the instructions which show you tightly wrapping the Velcro around your shin. Even with everything cinched down as tight as I could go it didn't support my ankle that much... On the upside, the gel packs feel nice but I'm still not sure this is a great brace?
