I have been using these are a few months now and can certainly tell the difference, I prefer having these gummies compared to having to use the powder when I’m already using protein powder, eat 4 small gummies and your done. They taste really good to be fair.I was abit sceptical of these when I bought my first packet of these as they were all stuck together ( although they were easy to pull apart) but the last two packets ive bought i havent had that issue.I would recommend these to anyone looking to grow muscle and doesnt want to add another powder supplement to their diet, eat four tasty gummies before you work out and your done.

I usually love AN products, but these creatine gummies are by far the worst-tasting ones I've tried. On top of that, they all stick together, making them inconvenient to use. The team definitely needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink this product.

Bought two of these as Christmas presents. Exactly what they both wanted and they stated they taste great!
