Review: Excellent Bike! - I'm very happy with this purchase. Delivery was quick through FED-EX. The bike was packed well with much care and padding to protect it. The bike was about 90% assembled. The video on You-Tube helped a lot plus the owner's manual is very informative. I bought the 26-inch EB7 Pro. The bracket for the fender was for the 24-inch model so I couldn't put the front fender on. I emailed customer support, and they got back to me within hours. They shipped the correct bracket to me, and I received it within a week. Customer support is excellent, and they have their own website to order parts and accessories. The bike is solid and has excellent acceleration. The battery is of good quality, and I am comfortable with it. I highly recommend this bike and this company. Thank you e-bycco!

I'm very happy with this purchase. Delivery was quick through FED-EX. The bike was packed well with much care and padding to protect it. The bike was about 90% assembled. Nice thought sending the tools to assemble with but some of the smaller bolts put on with the Allen wrenches that hold the fenders on were to tight and I had to get my own tools.
