I love this skillet! Needed a small one-person pan. This 8” is perfect! Light weight is also a bonus, as I can no longer handle cast iron. Cooks beautifully, toxin free and cleanup is a breeze. I will definitely look at more stainless items in this brand.

I very rarely give a 5 star review, as to me it must substantially exceed expectations to warrant 5 stars. This has. Got this first; was considering the $1000 plus AllClad set, but even the reviews on their own website say their customer service is extremely poor. Decided to try this, and was sufficiently impressed to buy the 12" skillet; 12" saute; and 3 pot set. The 12" is all the pan most will ever need, unless you - like me - like to cook an entire rack of bacon at once, or make extreme quantities of sausage gravy. Clean fairly easily, heat distribution is superior to any I've tried; flavor and moisture retention excellent; and you cook at about 27% lower heat setting than with my other pans.

I needed a small pan for cooking eggs and single portions and this one is the perfect size for that. It heats really evenly once it gets up to temp and cleanup is way easier than I expected for stainless, just need to know the proper technique for preheating it. One thing to note is the box says 3 ply but the listing says 5 ply, which is a bit annoying because that's actually a meaningful difference, so just be aware of that going in. Regardless it cooks well and feels sturdy so I've been happy with it overall.

I just cooked my first meal in this skillet. I had no idea how big it would be, but I’m thrilled! I seared some chicken thighs and I was able to add a huge amount of veggies! As I simmered the chicken and vegetables I added cut white potatoes. I covered the food and the skillet top let out just the right amount of steam. It made a beautiful roux and the dish was amazing! I hand washed the skillet and it was a breeze to clean! Despite the thickness of the skillet it has a wonderful cooking ability! My only problem is that the skillet is so big I have no room for it in any of my kitchen cabinets! I’ll just keep it on the colander on the counter!! For what you get, it is well worth the price, but I’m glad it was on sale! 👍

It's a pan that does pan things. No real complaints. Sometimes the screws holding the handle to the pan get a little loose but I just had tighten them. Haven't ran it through the dish washer, because why would you? Take care of your stuff and hand wash it. Great for pasta dishes and meats.

A wonderful addition to my cooking pans. Easy to clean and great size.

I have a 10" and 12" Skillet. Despite cleaning them both thoroughly after every use, they will not come clean of stains in the steel even with Barkeeper's Friend, or using an SOS Pad. This is cheap steel but it takes a few months to show up, and then it's too late to return it. DON"T BUY ANY Delarlo products! They're using a cheap steel. Junk.

Please correct the inaccurate description of 18/10 cooking pan, it’s only 18/8 stainless steel. The quality seems really good, time will tell how good is the rust resistant.

Only used it twice so far but I must admit it is well made, came with extra bolt for rivets and it’s pleasant to cook in it. Exactly what I wanted to replace all my Teflon pans.

Good Quality Pan easy to use quite heavy due to material but managable.

the bottom does not lay flat, makes it heat unevenly
