Really heavy duty and can withstand a person of 140kg easily. Great for a short 10-20 minute workout while watching TV to burn those extra calories. I have been using it in conjunction with a good diet, walks and occasional resistant training and I am 10kg down. Its a good supplement for a exercise, however it is not suitable for your sole method fitness in my opinion. The size is pretty good, I just have this in the lounge and it is quite discrete instead of having a huge exercise bike or treadmill. Its very easy to use and quite simple to set up.

Very poor quality built item. Only after three weeks use the unit had a catastrophic failure and was rendered unusable. Waiting to see if a refund will be given. Can not find fault with the shipping time or packaging.

Very strong and sturdy. Has stretchy detachable ropes with handles to use for an arm or stretch workouts. Easy to use with rubber feet. Has small digital screen to monitor how many steps you have done also ability to monitor pace. Very quiet to use. Looks great.

Stepper is well made, sturdy construction, easy to store, looks good and was a very good price however not for me as it feels quite stiff to use and was quite heavy to lift and move around. Excellent and very helpful customer service team.

Worked fine for 15 -20 min exercise routines. Unfortunately I like to punish myself and do a minimum of 30 mins constant exercise (40-60 mins if my body allows), this stepper would become over heated and problematic, and within a very short period of time would definitely break. I never tried it past 30 mins, as it wasn't operating well after 25 mins. It may even blow up, if you were brave enough to push it to 40mins...the stepper can't a take it captain! It does say in the instructions 20 mins of exercise at a time, but it didn't say this on the listing, which may have updated now, so hopefully this helps you when purchasing!

Purchased in November 2024, everything was going great with it until it suffered a catastrophic failure, one of the stepper plates has failed and the metal it pivots on has sheared completely. Will contact the seller or Amazon to see what they say
