HG Hagesan Cement Grout Film Remover is suitable for use on glazed tiles, quarry tiles, slate, granite, victorian tiles, brick and concrete, terracotta, porcelain and (acid resistant) Norwegian Slate; also on other acid resistant surfaces such as chrome and stainless steel

Review: It Works - This was recommended by our builder as we have white tiles and grout on the kitchen floor. It was getting ingrained so after being recommended I went at the grout with a tooth brush. Leave it 20mins then a good wash off and bingo! It cleans up the grout lines perfectly and hardens the grout. It’s also appearing to stay cleaner as we steam clean the floor. Just a word of warning, anything aluminium it eats so those shiny aluminium strips between tiles and laminate/ carpet will stain if you leave it. I actually used an old aluminium pie dish and it burnt right through. .
Review: Does what it says on the tin - Did an excellent job or removing grout haze from dark grey slate effect tiles. Very effective.

A: Yes

**Q: will this get rid of grout haze on standard white wall tiles?**
A: Yes it will

**Q: is HG cement cleaner ok to use on slate kitchen tiles**
A: The Product can only be used on Acid Resistant Slate.

**Q: Can it be used on wall tiles? The instructions only seem to mention floor tiles and mops!**
A: Whilst you may be able to use it on wall tiles, cement grout is more commonly used on floor tiles as it is more hard wearing due to walking on floor tiles. You may wish to use HG Grout Cleaner concentrate for your wall tiles.
