Very good cutting quality.
Bought as a replacement for one we thought we had lost. Nice and sharp.does it’s job, but just the blade is a little shorter than our previous one. By the way we found the original 30 minutes after we placed the order 😂.

Great little knife for a good price
Has taken a while to get used to the hooked blade, but it's now my go to knife for prepping potatoes and small fruit/veg. Easy to sharpen. The eco more friendly handle seems hard wearing enough. I really like that is comes with a blade guard, which is great in my work tool kit.
