Did not fit tight were moving around

Lights go out when cold
I love the lights when they work, but when it is cold out they randomly go dark. Sometimes one will flicker and go out, other times they go out together. I think they have been installed for about 5-6 years. I have sent multiple emails requesting support, zero response. They don’t provide a phone number. I’m not asking for warranty, I just want to know the cause and get them fixed so I can drive at night.

Check the bulb
I bought the older version and they don’t have the item available anymore. Headlight went out after a year when advertised for longer. Like the brightness but not the longevity. Update: Tried to install the new ones and they sent the wrong ones. Can’t return since window is closed
