The wiring loom colours should be identical, from this you should via the supplied wiring diagram be able work out the duty of èach of the wires and compare this with the actual boiler connections. If in doubt standard boiler connections are available via Google. **Q: Hi. Are these as good as a Honeywell ? Thanks.** A: Yes, I think so, fitted one a year ago, no problem so far. **Q: can this replace a honeywell V4043H1007 ? thanks.** A: Yes, in fact, I think it is better made. I think the Honeywell is made to wear out. Plumbers get regular business fitting them, an easy job. Fit this one and it will last. That is my experience. **Q: How do you install this ? Do you need to drain the system ?** A: If you are lucky you may have some isolating valves either side of the motorised valve. Sometimes there are isolating valves on the pump (so you are generally sorted one side of the valve) and you then just need another on the other side of the motorised valve. It works fine when re wired into the wiring centre. Seems robust.
