A Legit Heavy Bag with a Twist
The cobra bag like recoil is unique for a heavy bag. You can go 100% all out in power and the bag's base won't budge. Great way to practice offense and defense.

Updated Review
I purchased this bag to burn off some calories and blow off some steam in the process. There are some pros and cons.Pros: Money for the value - Worth the price for something that has multiple uses and takes up little space. Easy to assemble- takes like 10 minutes to assemble and longer to fill the base with water/sand. Adjustable - The height can be adjusted just make sure it’s in the correct loop before punching.Cons: Moves easily- Even with the water in its base it moves around a lot. I have to constantly move it back in place. Maybe with sand it will give it the added 45lbs to hold it down. Spills - I have water in the base and it spills everywhere every time it receives hard hits. Again, maybe sand will fix this.In the end it is worth the purchase and definitely what I needed because I did not want to drill holes in my garage to hang a 80lbs bag or have a 5’x5’ stand that takes up a lot of real estate in my garage. Great purchase even with the cons.Updated review: After two weeks of use it broke and snapped around the base. The water kept spilling out of the bolts so I changed it to sand and it lasted one punch before it broke. Someone posted the same thing maybe it’s not meant for water as advertised. Anyways I gave it one star for the poor quality maybe customer service will replace the base and I’ll change it back.So another update, customer service or the return button on Amazon let me exchange my bag for a replacement and so far it has not broke. Maybe the heat and the water made it soft and brittle, who knows. If it breaks again I’ll post it to see how long it lasted.Update 12/16/23. After three months since my last return the bag has failed again. The plastic tube that holds the bag in place and is adjustable ripped off and is no longer adjustable. I screwed the tube down as there was nothing left to really hold the bag in place but now it is sturdy and can take a punch. This bag really needs to be redesigned it’s too cheap. I added some photos of the tube and the screws that I had to add. I use the bag about 4-5 times a week doing some cardio before I exercise so I don’t go heavy on the bag. I would definitely NOT recommend this bag to anyone serious about boxing.Last and final Update 04/12/24. This bag has no life left and finally gave out. The main support tube cracked in half and can no longer stay together (last 3 photos). The only option I have is to buy a 7” black pvc tube and replace the whole center column. Save your money and buy a different bag.

It broke
This thing was not worth a penny because it broke within a few months and it wasn’t used that much. Don’t buy save your money.

Tall enough, stable enough with sand, bolts hard to line up
Based on the questions/reviews out there, I wanted to hopefully provide some help. Someone said it moved "all over the garage" when they used it...not sure how proper usage of this type of equipment would lead to that result. I suppose if you wanted to make a point that you could move it...but anyway, I did spring for putting sand in it. To not have to worry about if (when) I ever move, I was able to buy seven 50 pound bags of sand and leave the sand in the bags and arrange the bags to completely fill the base (the box says the base holds 370 pounds -- those last 20 pounds would have to be loose, and maybe even more than that).I did have trouble getting the bolts to line up for the outer ring -- when I got one side right, the other side wouldn't line up, and vice versa. I ended up giving up because I dropped a bolt inside the base (any project I do doesn't seem to be done until I drop a bolt in an inconvenient place). Because I already had 7 bolts on and all the sand bags in...just didn't want to mess with it. It only looks like a slight more amount of movement without the one bolt. The inner ring lined up better. The bolts are the hardest part of assembly...putting the additional "rings" in the bag. was the second hardest part, but at least the rings are foam so they could be "mashed" enough to pull the bag up around them.I am over six foot and the height is fine...for those that were saying it was too short I don't think they adjusted it correctly. You have to twist it sooner than you think to lock it into the highest setting. To to recap: reasonably tall, stable enough (using sand) and some difficulty with assembly. My family will be using it for years. Glad I purchased it.

Excellent product....
Great for the price. My son just turned 15 and has the boxing bug. He's been practicing for 5 years and packs a heck of a wallop. He's knocked it over twice and it only leaks water from the screws. I was tempted to add a bit of caulk to them when I put them in but didn't. No fault of the company, he's just a force to be reckoned with. I'm 100% happy with the quality and it was easy to put together. I'd recommend it to any enthusiast.
