   For a Zesty broth: 1 heaping tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Add to taste for delicious soups, gravies, stews, marinades, grain burgers, breads and salad dressings.  
   As a Salt Substitute: sprinkle on tofu, veggies, fish, cheese, poultry, meats, egg and popcorn. 
   Locks in Flavor. Add to cooking water to taste for pilaf, rice and all grains. Mix with cooked pasta.
