I’m doing leash training with Rosie my English Pointer that doesn’t know she’s a bird dog. The handles are comfortable even when she is pulling. Having an extra handle closer to her gives added control when I need her to stay next to me- like crossing a busy road or around people in a crowd. It seems pretty durable and stylish too. I have a pink one and a purple one.

This is my favorite leash. My pup is a 37lb pomsky. I’m petite, he’s powerful. He’s pulls on the leash when he sees other dogs. With other leashes I would try to wrap the leash around my hand closest to his collar to control him. That succeeded in nearly getting the blood flow cut off. Not safe, nor comfortable.THIS LEASH IS A DREAM! Very sturdy, very comfortable to hold, and helps to control the pup. I hold both loops, one in each hand. When he wants to go check and answer his “pee-mail” on a tree, I release the second loop. When I need to control him, I hold the second loop and he walks beside me with ease. It’s also very attractive without being cutesy or gaudy. My boyfriend thought it was a useless idea but now he prefers this one over the expensive, bulky, uncomfortable, ineffective leash he bought.I’m a very picky shopper. I research every product before I buy. I want the best, especially if it’s for my little furbaby. I recommend this leash for the comfort of both fur parent and pup.

Exceeded my expectations. The handles are comfortable and second handle is placed perfectly. Previous purchases of nylon leashes with padded handles have been disappointing as they tend to quickly fall apart. Not this leash! Three months of daily use and holding up well! The handles are not fraying or falling apart. The clip is lightweight yet strong and slides open easily. It’s hit the concrete a few times and hasn’t bent or scratched. My dog occasionally gets riled up and the occasional “Squirrel!” moments are no longer scary as I know the clip isn’t going to break apart and the handles are not going to hurt my hands. I have the black with red trim with a black collar and a slide on name tag in red and it looks great. This leash will keep a large dog tethered but lightweight so small dog friendly as well. I’m very happy with this purchase and plan on buying another to keep in the car.

Omg!!! I just had the best walk with my dog ever! My dog is a puller and she built bad walking habits as a puppy. I don’t have the skills to fix that on my own. I got this leash that is supposed to help with pulling and I would 100% recommend it if you need help with a puller. It attaches to the collar and then you string the leash through a second loop.This worked like a charm. One small tug and she stopped pulling and backed up to release the pressure on her middle.She is also leash reactive to dogs and this allowed me to keep control on her. Minimal lunging, and easy correction and redirection.Honestly, I walked longer with her today than I ever have, didn’t get tired as quickly and I’m looking forward to our walk tomorrow.

Well made leash, but could be better... Very good stitching and well placed handles. Metal ring is a bonus to attach poop bag dispenser. Handle loop could be just a bit bigger, Being a big guy with big hands, it is difficult to get my hands through then, especially in the winter when wearing gloves... please make them an inch or two bigger. Clasp could be more secure... both of my dogs have shaken so hard at some time, to detach the leash from the collar! While they are pretty good staying right by me, if this was someone else, their dogs could run free. So, a more secure clasp and bigger handle loops, and this would be the best leash on Amazon. One other pickadilo... qc needs to watch the sewn ends that become hard and sharp after heat cutting. Minor fix, but it's the details.

Great leash. I have a smaller dog at 21 lbs. but he pulls like a sled dog. This leash is very sturdy but soft enough that clutching it for dear life doesn't hurt my hands. Love the handle at the 2 ft. point, makes it so easy to control. In fact I wish there was another handle at 4 ft. or that it was just a shorter leash, it's hard to get to the 2 ft. handle when it's at full length. He occasionally gets his foot through the 2 ft. handle but it never hurts or trips him, just slows him down.I don't think you will regret buying this leash.

I love these leashes. I bought these because they are both long and short. They have a handle close to the snap which lets you hold your dog near to you when you need to, and they are also long enough to let them range ahead of you when appropriate. The handles are padded and you don't get rope burn when working with an excited pup. There is also a D ring at then end by the handle where you can snap them to a tie out cable. This comes in handy when we camp. We have a tether we use at the camper just for this reason. Would definitely recommend these leashes.

I LOVE THIS LEASH. The little touches are so nice. A D-ring to hook your poop bag holder onto (though you'll need a carabiner). The two-foot handle is stitched on so it stays out of the way, and gives you more control when you need it. Nylon fabric is durable and strong. Little details that make it so much better than my old leash where I had to tie the poop bag holder on, the the two-foot handle was always flopping around in the way. I've already recommended it to other dog owners, and gotten random compliments when my dog stops to say hi to other dogs on walks. It also coordinates perfectly with my blue Gentle Leader, which is a nice touch.
