Things came out, so I guess it's a good parasite cleanse. Update: I finished a month long detox cleanse and I feel lighter. Things did come out! I live in a lush area and come into contact with a lot of soil and dirt so the risk was real with parasites. My digestive health was not in the best shape for the last year (I felt weaker, sometimes nausea all of a sudden, and bloating) so I decided to do a detox. The goal of a natural parasite cleanse is to cleanse parasites without using OTC. It has to be all natural. Did my research and I started with thyme, rosemary, garlic, ginger and honey (propolis) which are abundant for 2 weeks on 2 weeks of. That didn't seem to work. I didn't feel any change with that combo. Next, I decided to try wormwood and black walnut. Found out this vinatura wormwood black walnut and coves is ...ready to use and is cheap. So I started another cleanse, this time for 1 month with this product, cutting on carb, and honey and lime in the morning. Starting from week 3, things started to come out. Now I just feel light! I will update when I do another cleanse. Now I will try to avoid parasites entering the body first. Digestive health buff: black walnut and wormwood and cloves (this product is fine for this), probiotic for gut (love wellness has it good), and no processed junk food. Body immune buff: manuka honey with lime, zinc. Those should keep the parasites at bay. (I'm contemplating doing a cleanse for my dogs after seeing the parasite cleanse for humans working out well. Doing more research to see if it's safe for dogs.)

These Vinatura wormwood black walnut clove capsules seem to cleanse your gut, keep you regular. They do have a cedar/pine like aftertaste that is not necessarily intense. My gut health appears to be better over the last two months of use. I will buy again.

Very beneficial vitamin supplement with key ingredients for parasites.

Still taking but have not noticed any difference in energy or elimination of parasites. No upset stomach, does not suppress appetite, no noticeable difference in energy level.

No aftertaste, no stomach issues, really hope it's doing the job it's supposed to!
