Lovely fpan.not that heavy keep the flame down when frying dont let it creep up the sides couple of uses easy to get use to.

Incredibly well made pan, the quality is apparent from the moment you pick it up. The non stick coating is top notch as well, eggs slide right off.

Everything sticks to it - nightmare! Followed manufacturer’s guidelines of oiling before first use and tried all different ways but everything you cook in it sticks fast and you end up with a meal that is ruined and a pan that soaking and scrubbing. Was trying to avoid plastic coatings but going back to them! Love Le creuset and have loads of their pans but would not recommend this. Their customer support weren’t entirely helpful and told me to coat the base in oil first as well as temperature guidance. Still sticks

We purchased to avoid coated non stick but not sure if it would be as non stick as teflon. After some time using is I can say it works well most of the time if you preheat it first we have found. Surprising easy to clean… It does have a fair weight to them which is to be expected and the same for all their pans of which we have a full set.

I had my worries about stainless steel frying pans being hard to clean and maintain after using non stick pans before. After I got fed up with their non stick surfaces scratching and worrying about chemicals from those leaching into food, I switched to stainless steel. Using this pan means you can get a nice seared crust on steak and take far less time to brown meats compared to non stick. It does appear to cook faster overall and is more versatile as a result. A bit of deglazing on the fond means you get more flavour for stews, gravies etc. It’s a doddle to clean. A soak after cooking and most cooking detritus comes off. Using basic cleaning products makes it even easier for the slightly more stubborn bits. It’s so nice to use a solidly made, robust pan and know it will last longer than trendy non-stick pans without chemicals affecting your food. My only gripe with this is that the two handle rivets on the inside can never be cleaned easily…there are some similar pans that don’t have this feature so that’s why I can’t give this 5 stars.

Eine qualitativ gute Pfanne.Die Pfanne liegt gut in der Hand und ist leicht. Man muss also keine Angst um seine Handgelenke haben.Da macht das Kochen Spaß.

28 cm non rivestita. Usata per ora solo tre o quattro volte, le impressioni sono positive. L'uniformità di cottura mi pare ottima. Ottima anche la lavorazione del bordo, senza parti taglienti e ottimo per il versamento del contenuto nel piatto. Il peso rilevato con la mia bilancia da cucina (con difficoltà) è di 1158g, pesa quindi enormemente meno dei 1500g qui dichiarati, il che è un pregio. Il manico appare corto rispetto alla padella, ma è molto comodo comunque per saltare. Sono soddisfatto, modificherò il giudizio se emergessero problemi.
