This is a neat small with all the attachments you need. It really is good for cleaning hearing aid unclogging the tubes and also for putting batteries in and out. Really impressed , hard to lose as it’s all attached. A cool near item .

Great little product very useful for cleaning hearing aids and all held in a handy little pack which makes it easy to take on holiday tucked in a bag. Well worth the money.

I have been struggling to keep my son's hearing aids clean since he first got fitted with them several years ago. The little nylon brush that comes with the hearing aids is always woefully inadequate, with the bristles coming off after a fairly short period of use. Even a slight better replacement nylon brush has proven to be little better than the freebie.This particular cleaning set comes with a variety of tools and spaces to keep two spare batteries. Frankly, the battery storage is not something I use because I keep this set at home and I just clean the hearing aids once a day when my son goes to bed. I keep the set with the rest of his hearing aid paraphernalia, including all of his batteries. There is even a model that comes with a built-in battery tester for a few extra pounds, but I would avoid this as I have tried hearing aid battery testers before and never found them to be particularly accurate or helpful.As for the tools themselves, I basically just use one: the loop of wire. This is all I need to clean wax from the inside and outside of the hearing aid moulds quickly and efficiently. It provides an appropriately sized cleaning device that is shaped to avoid damaging the soft silicone of the moulds and to pick up loads of wax on each passing.The little magnet for lifting out batteries is a bit of a gimmick as batteries really aren't so hard to remove. The brush is ok, as is the long piece of nylon wire, but I almost never find a reason to use them and I can usually find another way to achieve the same cleaning effect without them. I am still not sure what the hooked piece of plastic might be used for.All in all, I find this set to be much better for cleaning hearing aids than the nylon brush that is included free with the hearing aids, but most of the tools are surplus to requirements and I definitely wouldn't pay extra for the version with the built-in battery tester. Oh, and for the complete cleaning set I would add an air puffer (for removing moisture from the tubes).

I purchased this as I have seen my audiologist recently and got my noise generators fitted which are like hearing aids. They were really itchy when I first wore them and read that sometimes it's good to clean the plastic material, but I know you need to make sure no moisture gets into the electric mechanism so I found this. This was the best one for the price and had good reviews so I went for it. So far it fits the plastic bit perfectly, and is very easy to use. You just pump the blue rubber material and it pushes all the liquid out. I soaked them in some hot salty water, used this and they feel much better now. Brilliant!

This is a great item however the tube cleaning wire isn't long enough th all the way through the tube therefore I am not able to fully clean the tube out resulting in a blockage I then have to clear out some other way.

I was admittedly surprised that something that seemed so cheap could be so useful and not as flimsy as first appears. It’s so handy having all the tools in one place and easy to work with!

The tube cleaners on this item are too short for my modern NHS hearing aids. They only go halfway through the tubes leaving debris in the middle of the tubes. This makes it useless for the intended purpose.I tried to return it but Amazon keeps coming up with a message saying that it is not returnable. By law anything bought online from a business is returnable within fourteen days. So Amazon are clearly breaking the law.I cannot find any way to contact Amazon customer service about this.I wasted my money on this item.
