Great value for the price, has heat and vibration. It does get hot so I wear it outside of my clothes. Battery is long lasting. It’s about the size of a fanny pack. What’s great is it has an auto shutoff after 30 mins so it doesn’t over heat. I saw a review that said battery dies after 30 mins LOL no that’s the auto shutoff feature 🤣. This is a really great product!

Work great, and I love the adjustable strap. I use it on my shoulder at work, so it helps relieve the tension and pain. The massage setting is not too strong.

The media could not be loaded. This has been a lifesaver for my teenage daughters. I bought other brands to compare, and this one was the least expensive and best by far. The vibration is quiet (unlike other brands), and it heats up so hot you can wear it over clothes and still have the hot heating pad comfort. The display on this is a lot more informative than other brands. I ended up returning the others, and ordering 2 of these, because my daughters were fighting over this one. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because the battery doesn't last as long as advertised (5 hours). It lasts less than 2 hours, but that's with everything on full blast.

This is very helpful, felt so good I fell asleep which I can never do during those long nights of cramps...it last about 2hrs...then needs a recharge...place it below the belly...not on top...it works where the cramps happen. It heats up fast and good...I kept it on vibration only to sleep with out burning myself

Ordered item in black. Packaging states item is black, but item is pink. Item worked well on first use, but 1 hour after turning it on , it died and will not charge or turn back on. Tried multiple outlets and multiple charging cords. I believe item is defective.

I get really bad hot flashes during my period. so I don't want the heating part. I want the massage part. And this one sucks. I do have pmdd. And my cramps get so bad. I pray to god for them to stop, and then I pass out asleep.. Once it stops. So I NEED a messager that packs a punch. this ain't it. I gave it a three because it seems like everybody likes the heating part, so I don't want to take that away from it. And the fact that it's a cheap heating pad that you can strap around you is nice . But I haven't even tried the heating part, cause I don't care. So if you're like me have pmdd. And need a massage setting. That packs a punch. don't get this. But I don't know maybe girls that don't go through cramps that bad. Need a stronger one too, I dont know. I can't tell you that.

Gets verryyyyy hot which sometimes I need but for the most part the lower settings are perfect for cramps. Love the ease of use with the usbc charging. Overall 10/10 worth it, not sure why i waited so long to get it. Fabric is a nice soft material and the size is perfect for travel / everyday or even portable to use at work.
