It doesn’t come with a launcher, you need to purchase Cobalt Dragoon before you can use this. It doesn’t switch modes like the original Lightning L-Drago, it’s a random booster, there is a 50% of getting Barrage (the one with the yellow stickers) or Upper mode (the one with red stickers).
