And that's just what I wanted: a waterproof layer to put over my warm layer. I ordered a medium, which I knew would be a little big, but I wanted the hem to come down pretty close to my feet. The sleeves are long but can be hitched up with Velcro ties. Closes pretty well with just the snaps — the top snap leaves the collar rather loose. You have to zip it ALL the way up from the bottom to get a tighter collar seal. There are two pockets in front and I do have a complaint here: they need closures, not loose flaps to blow around in the wind.
