I was diagnosed with venous thromboembolism. Within three months spider veins appeared from around my knees to my ankles. My legs become swollen and throbbing. At times of stress the veins pop out and turn purple, I look like someone beat on my legs. No longer able to wear shorts in public after 50years, which is so depressing. This product seemed to help with the swelling, but didn't help diminish the purple look of the veins. Having the swelling down is a relief though. If you need for circulation and swelling, then this is a good choice. I experienced No side effects .
